Question:
I tithe. At times I have held back the tithe, or given a portion of the tithe, or simply give an offering. Are there situations where not tithing is permitted? Or is it simply a matter of the believer elevating their faith?
Answer:
Tithe is the FIRST 10% of your increase. This means that there is no situation where a person cannot afford to tithe. We bring in the first 10% and what is left is what we have for the expenses of living. When people withholds a portion of their tithe, the problem has nothing to do with money and everything to do with faith.
