Question: Do you think that there will be anyone saved after the Rapture? I was taught that if you do not make it in the Rapture, that if you don't take the mark of the beast and die for Jesus then you will be saved. I know it says in the Bible that a remnant will be saved.

Answer: The Rapture happens as Jesus is reurning to earth to establish His millennial reign. The Bible doesn't give us very much information about what will be happening during this 1000 year period, but it does suggest that salvation will still be available.

The mark of the beast will be required prior to the Rapture. Once this happens, many believers will face the choice between taking the mark or being executed. As John writes concerning this period, 'Here is the patience of the saints; here are those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus. Then I heard a voice from heaven saying to me, 'Write: 'Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.' ' 'Yes,' says the Spirit, 'that they may rest from their labors, and their works follow them' (Revelation 14:12-13). Notice that the ones who will need patience (perseverance) are the saints, not those who are hoping to be saved by experiencing a martyrs death.
