The Bible tells us that there are both holy angels and evil angels (Mark 8:38; Matthew 25:31). Concerning the holy angels, Hebrews 1:7 says, 'And of the angels He says: Who makes His angels spirits and His ministers a flame of fire.' Verse 14 says, 'Are they not all ministering spirits sent forth to minister for those who will inherit salvation?' Clearly the holy angels are the servants of the Lord, who operate for our benefit, but for His glory and purpose. We have no idea what this man may have meant when he said that we can provoke angels.
