Question:	Does your assembly operate under eldership or is there someone still in charge. I guess my question really is, is Bro. Huston still 'pastor?' I'm only asking to know, I'm not doubting eldership, seeing as I'm from Erie, PA, where we have full eldership operating. Just a question :)

Answer:	As of this date the assembly in Carlisle is operating about 90% under an eldership system. A team of four men meets regularly to discuss the various needs and aims of the assembly. We hope to make public appointments of these men in the near future. Only then will we be truly and fully under the oversight of a biblical eldership. The only reason these appointments have not yet been made is because we want to be certain that all of the men meet the biblical qualifications detailed by Paul in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.
