Question:
You have used 3 examples from the Bible, but all are from the Old Testament. What about the New Testament? Someone just today told me that Christians can't go to hell.
Answer:
We are not aware of any examples of people committing suicide in the New Testament other than Judas Iscariot. The Bible teaches that many people who are merely professing faith in Christ will indeed perish in the lake of fire. See Hebrews 2:1-3, Hebrews 10:26-29, and 2 Peter 3:9 as examples. Keep in mind that the 'us' Peter refers to is the believers.
