Question:
Has the Sanhedrin re-established and if so, have they made plans to start to re-build the temple?
Answer:
Plans have been underway to rebuild the temple for many years. There is a place in Jerusalem called the Temple Institute where some of the work is taking place. You can visit their website at www.templeinstitute.org. As far as we know the Sanhedrin has not yet been reestablished, but we do know that the meeting hall has been built with seventy chairs. We expect that it will happen at precisely the right time.
