Tithes go into the 'storehouse,' which we believe to be the local assembly you are in fellowship with (see Malachi 3:10). We believe it is God's plan for supporting the work of the local assembly. Perhaps the assembly in Korea would be willing to help support your mother's assembly in the Philippines.
