In Luke 11:39-40 Jesus said, 'Now you Pharisees make the outside of the cup and dish clean, but your inward part is full of greed and wickedness. Foolish ones! Did not He who made the outside make the inside also?' God made both the inward and the outward. He sees them both. 'And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account' (Hebrews 4:13).
