Should women cover their heads?

Question:
1. Should a woman's head be covered when she is worshhiping, praying, or prophecying, in the worship services, or is her hair enough covering as I have heard some suggest? 2. Should they be allowed to wear pants and jewelry?
Answer:
1. A woman should have her head covered at all times. What is the covering? 'Her hair is given to her for a covering' (1 Corinthians 11:15).
2. This is up to her husband. But we believe pants are immodest on a woman and are men's clothing (1 Timothy 2:9; Deuteronomy 22:5). Certain jerwelry is functional such as a watch or tie tack, but most is ornamental and is therefore unnecessary. It also obscures the holy glow of a Spirit-filled believer.
