Question:	I believe in Acts 2:38 as salvation. But I was just wondering what about people who are deaf and cannot speak. How can this person speak in tonuges? Does the Bible say anything about this matter?

Answer:	The Bible does not speak about this matter, but we have known deaf people who have received the Holy Spirit. 'With God, all things are possible!'
