Does the Bible come alive for everyone?

Question:
I read and have heard that the Bible comes alive when you begin to read it. I try to get into it, but I find it boring, except for the book of Job. I like to read when God was speaking and what he had to say. Of course, all the Bible is the inspired word of God, but I can't complete it. Why doesn't it come alive for me?
Answer:
The Bible is a living book, but that does not mean it seems alive to everyone. We suggest you just keep on reading and studying the Bible regardless of whether or not it seems to be alive. It may be helpful to find a good Bible teacher who can help you.
