We are not certain exactly what you are asking. If you mean, how are pastors compensated? they may be paid out of the tithes collected from the assembly. We believe that in a local assembly, the pastors (elders, overseers) are the highest authority under Jesus Christ and are not subject to anyone outside the local assembly. It is wise, however, for them to listen carefully to godly counsel from trustworthy men who clearly have the interests of the assembly at heart.
