This is more of an additional comment to the question. I would venture to say that based on 1 Corinthians 13:1 where Paul states he speaks in tongues of men and of angels (not God) that Satan (being a fallen angel) would be able to understand. However, I too don't care, because praying in tongues is speaking to God with the Holy Spirit giving us the utterance, so it is praying His perfect will. That alone should be a huge selling point.
