Question: I just want to encourage the brother by saying, since our Lord has blessed you to be in a position to teach and preach the word, please do what Paul told Timothy in 2Timothy 2:1-3, Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also. Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.' Also remember the word of the Lord to Jeremiah, 'Thou therefore gird up thy loins, and arise, and speak unto them all that I command thee: be not dismayed at their faces, lest I confound thee before them' How about these Joshua 1:9 Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.' And Deuteronomy 31:8, 'And the LORD, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.' Bless you in Jesus name.

Answer: Thank you for your comment. We want to add that none of these verses negate this man's responsibility to operate under pastoral authority.
