Oneness and original Greek?

Question: Dear brother in Christ, I found that a verse from the Bible in French was not correctly translated: 2 Peter 1 :1 From Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ. To everyone who shares with us in the privilege of believing that our God and Savior Jesus Christ will do what is just and fair. In some French versions it says: From Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ. To everyone who shares with us in the privilege of believing that our God and the Savior Jesus Christ will do what is just and fair. The translators corrected it. In a Bible study I found: Romans 1 :7 Pray that God our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ will be kind to you and will bless you with peace! They said the translation is wrong. The right translation should be: Pray that God our Father and Lord Jesus Christ will be kind to you and will bless you with peace! The Greek is: πασιν τοις ουσιν εν ρωμη αγαπητοις θεου κλητοις αγιοις χαρις υμιν και ειρηνη απο θεου πατρος ημων και κυριου ιησου χριστου. The literal transation is: Everybody to the being in Rome beloved in God called, holy grace to you and peace from God Father of us and Lord Jesus Christ. The same in 1 Corinthians 1:3: αρις υμιν και ειρηνη απο θεου πατρος ημων και κυριου ιησου χριστου. If this translation is correct, it means that Paul called Jesus the Father. This means that Isaiah 9:5, which called Jesus the Father, is confirmed in the New Testament! Do you agree with the translation? Thank you for your kind answer. God bless you. Philippe De Vos
Answer: We do not have enough expertise to say for certain whether those translations are correct or not. They do agree with what we have read. But irrespective of those verses, we can say that the Bible teaches throughout that God is one, and that in the fulness of time, God was manifested in the flesh. As far as we are concerned, this means that Jesus is the Father Hilself manifested in the flesh.
