Hi, my question is me and my female cousins were swimming a few days ago and they were wearing skirts. The church we attend is VERY strict and believes women cannot wear pants or shorts in the pool. But whenever they go swimming in skirts the skirt comes right up and you can see everything. Now don't think I'm a pervert or anything. I don't look at them. I'm just wondering if you think it is more modest for a women to wear pants or shorts to swim in than a skirt. Thanks
