Peter said that the prophecy of Joel 2:28 was fulfilled on the day of Pentecost (see Acts 2:16-17. In this sense, we could say that the great end-time revival started on Pentecost and will continue until Jesus comes. But this lends no weight to the idea that there will be a particularly great harvest just prior to the coming of the Lord. We are certainly open to such an idea, but would like to see a solid scriptural basis for it.
