Question:
Good day, sir. My question is, is it ok for two young Christians to have a judge conduct their marriage ceremony? Thank you and God bless always.
Answer:
There is no legal or moral problem with having a judge preside at a marriage service. It does cause one to wonder, however, why a young Christian couple would prefer to use a judge rather than a minister of the gospel. Perhaps there is some good reason that we simply don't know about.
