Question:
I know a saved couple and the wife was following the Casey Anthonly trial. When the verdict was read, the wife was so upset that she went to a psychic to find out why. The husband doesn't know what to do. Can you offer some advice?
Answer:
Sounds like the wife puts more faith in a psychic than her spiritual leaders. The Bible says, 'And when they say to you,'Seek those who are mediums and wizards, who whisper and mutter,' should not a people seek their God? Should they seek the dead on behalf of the living?' (Isaiah 8:19-20). The first thing this man should do is ask his wife to pray with him for guidance. He should then set up a meeting with his spiritual leaders where they can talk to her about why she would consult with an ungodly psychic. She definitely needs her thinking process challenged.
