Why the same Bible passages?

Question:
Why is it that there are some verses in the Bible that are exactly the same but in different Books? Just like 2 Kings 19:23 and Isaiah 37:24. I have also read two separate chapters in the Book of Jeremiah containing more or less 3 exactly the same verses. I hope you can share something about this. Thank you so much.
Answer:
All we can say is that perhaps there were some things that God wanted to repeat for emphasis. If anyone knows some other reasons, please post your comments.
