No child is born to be abused. Every child comes into the world for the purpose of serving and glorifying God. The reason there is child abuse is because of the evil and sinfulness of man. In Jeremiah 19:4-6, God says, 'Because they have forsaken Me and made this an alien place, because they have burned incense in it to other gods whom neither they, their fathers, nor the kings of Judah have known, and have filled this place with the blood of the innocents 5(they have also built the high places of Baal, to burn their sons with fire for burnt offerings to Baal, which I did not command or speak, nor did it come into My mind)....' God did not command child abuse, did not speak it, and it did not even come into His mind. Human beings who have fosaken God came up with child abuse, and one day all abusers will have to pay the penalty for their crimes against God and man.
