Entire books have been written on this topic, so I don't think we can give a very comprehensive answer on this question and answer board. We can say, however, that a husband is to love his wife 'just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her' (Ephesians 5:25). What does this look like? Well, Paul explained it this way: 'So husbands ought to love their own wives as their own bodies; he who loves his wife loves himself. For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as the Lord does the church' (Ephesians 5:28-29). Hope this helps.
