Question:
How, if at all, do the by-laws of an incorporated 501c3 sole-pastor church fellowship differ from an eldership form of government?
Answer:
In an elder-led assembly, the elders as a group are both the pastor/president of the corporation and the board of directors. The laws vary from state to state, but in our state the laws allow us to structure our church this way. If they didn't we would probably not incorporate.
