Answer: |
Easter is the Sunday that follows the first full moon after the Spring equinox. It is commonly celebrated as the day that Jesus rose from the dead, hence it is sometimes called Resurrection Day. Palm Sunday is the Sunday before Easter, which is a celebration of the day Jesus entered Jerusalem riding on a donkey. The Bible does not instruct believers to celebrate either of these days. They were probably set aside as special days by the Roman Catholics. To a true believer, every day is Resurrection Day!
