Other verses on cutting hair?

Question:
I just wish the Bible would have said uncut hair instead of long hair. That would have solved everything. My question is, are there any other scriptures that you have found that specifically say women should have uncut hair. I have done an extensive search and cannot find any other witness to this one scripture that doctrine has been made out of. There are a few other references to womens hair in the Bible that I am sure we are all aware of, but anything about uncut hair? Again, I want to thank you for your website. I appreciate the time spent in study to post these answers. I do want to understand which way is right.
Answer:
We do not know of any other verses that specifically or directly deal with this subject. To us, what we read in 1 Corinthians 11 is enough to settle the matter. What other definition of long could there possibly be that would have universal application?
