Question:	I thought they sleep, as the scripture reads the dead know nothing. What about the kids who say they saw heaven? Or death experiences?

Answer:	We do not determine doctrine by the subjective experiences of people. We do it by studying the Scriptures. The Bible teaches that when a person dies, his physical elements return to the ground from which they came, and his spiritual elements go to God. At some point in the future there will be a resurrection of the dead when the body and spirit will be reunited.
