Questions about Adam and Eve?

Question:
Praise JESUS,I have a couple of questions. 1. Weren't Adam and Eve equal in authority to rule before Eve was deceived and Adam was disobedient. 2. Did Adam and Eve have belly buttons. 3. How many children did they have? Someone said Eve birthed 56 children. I would think she had well over a hundred. Although the Bible doesn't say how old she was before she died. The Bible speaks of Adam living over 900 years. 4. Do you think Eve was close to his age before she died? Certainly they had to have more than 56 children living to such great lenghts of time. I guess that's more than a few questions. I certainly got very anointed reading some of your answers. It touched my spirit reading about the thief on the cross. You truly broke it down with anointing and elegance. That answer should have been read to the whole world. If you couldn't understand that point blank scriptures details what a sad state of affairs. God Speed
Answer:
1. Weren't Adam and Eve equal in authority to rule before Eve was deceived and Adam was disobedient.
The divine principle is that the originator always has authority over whatever it originates. This is true in many aspects of life. For example, an author has authority over his book, an architect has authority over his building, a painter has authority over his painting, and parents have authority over their children. In the same way, God has authority over Christ, Christ has authority over man, and man has authority over woman.
The divinely ordained order is God, Christ, the husband, and then the wife. Some have said that man was not made the head of women until after they had sinned and that in the church, men and women are entirely equal. But Paul confirmed that the order of headship is based on the origin of the first woman when he explained, “For man is not from woman, but woman from man” (1 Corinthians 11:8). This means that the headship of man preceded the introduction of sin.

2. Did Adam and Eve have belly buttons.
The Bible does not give us any information on this subject.
3. How many children did they have? Someone said Eve birthed 56 children.
According to Jewish tradition, Eve gave birth to 33 sons and 22 daughters. The Bible only mentions three by name (Cain, Abel, and Seth) but does say they had 'sons and daughters' (Genesis 5:4). We cannot answer questions concerning matters that are not specifically addressed by the Word of God.
4. Do you think Eve was close to his age before she died?
We avoid speculating on matters that have no biblical answer. We caution you against this dangerous practice. It is the first step toward deception. We are all curious and would like to know more than what the Bible tells us. But Moses wrote, 'The secret things belong to the LORD our God, but those things which are revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may do all the words of this law' (Deuteronomy 29:29). We need to resist the urge to speculate on the 'secret things.' It serves no useful purpose.
