Question:	Last night at church I was singin a song and began to sing in the spirit (speaking in tongues). My preacher has preached about it but I have never really understood what it means. I know it's real because it felt like I was being refilled with the Holy Ghost. Can you explain this wonderful gift of singing in tongues that Jesus gives us? Thanks

Answer:	We are not sure we can 'explain' this gift. Who, after all, can explain a totally supernatural experience? We suggest you don't concern yourself with understanding your experience but simply embrace it and allow the Lord to bless you by it. Paul wrote in 1 Corinthians 14:15, 'I will sing with the spirit, and I will also sing with the understanding.' All we need to know is that what you have experienced is sanctioned by the Word of God.
