The Bible does not tell us what happens in such cases. We must be careful not to speculate in areas the Bible does not address. Instead, we must conclude that if God has not told us something, then it is something we do not need to know. We may be curious about it, but we really don't need to know about it. What we do know, however, is that God is extremely good to all of humanity in every moment of time and throughout eternity.
