Question: Should a woman preach or teach in the church or should they only sing on the choir and testify?

Answer: We believe that all believers are called into the ministry of preaching the gospel when they are given the Holy Spirit. This certainly does not exclude women. Our position is that women can serve in a local assembly in any way except as a pastoral-elder or deacon. Please see our article titled 'The Role of Women in the Local Assembly' in the Apostolic Free Library (http://www.gloriouschurch.com/html/Role-of-Women-in-Assembly.asp). As to precisely what any specific person should be allowed to do in the meetings of a local assembly, that is up to the leaders to determine.
