Question:
In Acts 7 when Stephen was stoned, the vision he saw was Jesus standing on the right hand of God. Acts 7:55 says he saw Jesus and verse 56 says he saw the Son of Man standing on the right hand of God. I believe that they are one, but how would you explain this? I understand the right hand represents power....what's your explanation on it.. Also, I just want to say thank you for the small group Bible studies. We are on lesson 4 of the Community of Light series and what a blessing it has been. We are a new work in San Francisco in the heart of one of the most violent and drug afflicted housing projects.
Answer:
We are glad you are finding our home group lessons helpful. Thank you for your comments. On your question about Stephen and the right hand of God, we have answered this question in detail in our article titled 'Questions and Answers About the Oneness of God.' This article can be found on the Doctrine shelf of the Apostolic Free Library. You can find it at www.gloriouschurch.com/html/Oneness-Questions-And-Answers.asp.
