Question: My dad, who is 83 years old, has relapsed non-Hodgkins lymphoma and not much longer to live. He has not obeyed the gospel, but years ago had an Into His Marvelous Light Bible study and rejected it vehemently. Lives have been lived before him as a witness. What would you do? Is there a better approach? It may be his last opportunity. Thank you.

Answer: We are sorrow about the condition of your father, both physically and spiritually. All we know to suggest is perhaps one more very serious discussion about being ready to stand before the Lord Jesus. The hard reality that we must all face is that, to some, the fragrance of the gospel is life leading to life while to others it is death leading to death (see 2 Corinthians 2:14-16).
