I disagree about saying that the woman has an attitude. What she had to say is very valid. She is really thinking it through, being tenacious, and eager. On the other hand, it appears that her tenacious research and looking at the whole picture of the issue gives merit on her part while it appears that the reason you believe she has an attitude is because she challenged your complacent, less eager, or lack thereof of leadership within the post. And sometimes it appears that answers are given with an attitude that you state, are unethical, and even arrogant sometimes.
